These are made from whole-food plant-based ingredients for a healthier treat than usual. Mix together in a small bowl until totally smooth. Use hot water to maintain liquid state if needed. Dunk the base of the bar in chocolate, using a fork balance the bar and with a spoon or spatula, spoon the melted chocolate over the bars until completely covered. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, finish all of the bars and freeze for 10+ minutes until the chocolate sets. EAT!
Note: You could also try this in a pan as one unit, and then slice, yet may require more freezing time for clean cuts.
