"MMMM" said my husband upon taking his very first bite. This breakfast is SOOO good, sweetened naturally by sweet potatoes and a touch of dried fruit, highlighted by cinnamon and ginger for a tasty way to start the day. The sweet potatoes and oats create a filling breakfast that will give you the fuel you need. This recipe is extremely simple, made with natural wholesome ingredients. I hope you all had a beautiful weekend and look forward to the new opportunities, love, joy and good the week ahead holds. With love, Christa
Creamy Tahini, a generous portion of freshly squeezed lemon juice and roasted garlic come together to create a thick spread. Add water and create an unbeatable dressing. You can add a little salt, perhaps a dash of cumin, fresh coriander/cilantro and or parsley for a unique spread, sauce or dressing that is sure to please! Personally, I can't get enough of this, my taste buds go wild for it. I hope you love this easy recipe.
Scoop them, roll them, flatten them, bake them, dip them and eat them! Falafel. Place them next to a Greek Salad with some Hummus or pretty Beet Hummus, some homemade Tahini Dressing on the side and Olives. Stuff it in a pita, make it anyway you desire! The best part is, this recipe is complete whole-foods plant-based goodness, baked, with not one drop of oil so you can pop 3 or more on your plate and not feel bad. This recipe makes a LOT of falafel so you won't go hungry! I would approximate around 24-36 depending on their size and shape.
Falafel is formed into the shape of a patty, baked into a falafel burger, topped with vegan mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato, sprouts, avocado and tahini dressing on a gluten-free bun.
