This Pumpkin Spice Latte can be made in the comfort of your home, with no fancy tools and enjoyed promptly. It is satisfying, creamy, almost rich and even works with butternut squash puree. Enjoy the flavors of the season!
Makes 2 Cups
Notes: Feel free to use your favorite sweetener like maple syrup, a little extra if you please or even stevia for sugar-free. You can even use a butternut squash puree vs. pumpkin. Add cinnamon or vanilla if you please and most of all enjoy!
