Place all the ingredients less the spinach in a rice cooker.
Mix it together, place in rice cooker, place lid on top and press cook.
Place 4 leaves of red spinach in a bowl or your favorite green!
Before you know it, it'll be ready. Here it is!
Place the couscous on the spinach and serve hot!
