Welcome to a 30 Minute Yoga Class to Lengthen & Strengthen! We'll begin by warming up our bodies with sun salutation variations, strengthening and lengthening along the way. Once you feel a good burn and are ready for a break it's already time to begin recovering.
If you have a normal practice, you'll enjoy this 30 minute practice. If you are new, you can still give it a go, trying your best and stopping at the various points as needed along the way. I'll work to create a beginners class.
This is a yummy practice, that by the end will have you feeling more peaceful, and hopefully more at ease in your body. Find length while you build strength. Hop into something comfy, grab your mat and lets flow and stretch!
