When I lived in CA I would go to Trader Joe's, Henry's / Sprouts or other health food stores. I would get a grocery cart, get my stuff and go home. It was $$$ yet wildly convenient to buy vegan cheese & other goods. Here you bring your bags, buy what you can carry back to your car and repeat. I make a lot of things from scratch. They have tons of beautiful fruit stores, different stores with dry goods, stands that sell fresh fruit, berries, baked goods and more. It's actually really fun if you relax and enjoy the process. I love it. I go to different fruit markets to spread my business since as a vegan I'm a big customer. :) I love the variety of fruits and vegetables.
