Happy Friday and Summer Solstice! To celebrate we have vegan burgers. A mixture of fresh vegetables, herbs, spices combined with a few special ingredients create a unique and hearty vegan burger. Make them small, fatty or stack them. Slathered in BBQ sauce or topped with vegan cheese. Once in a bun with the fixings they are so yummy. Tested by a mixture of people, even kid-approved! :) I took two of my recipes to create a new spin that is surprisingly "meaty".
