It's after dinner... chocolate craving hits. What does one do? Panic? No! Take 5 minutes to make the most amazing vegan Hot Fudge, set that aside. Take 5 more minutes to blend up banana nice cream. Line a big cup with PB, the Hot Fudge, the ice cream, maybe a few banana coins are hiding inside, add a drizzle of more hot fudge and pb and share it with someone you really love. End result? 10-15 minutes of total time, and complete satisfaction. The bonus? Extra hot fudge is in the fridge in case you need a spoonful or would like to repeat this divine experience on another day.
This is a new favorite dressing in our house - homemade vegan ranch, two ways. Each variety is as flavorful as the other, the dressing pops in your mouth and makes you nearly want to lick your bowl. It's so dang good. The herbs compliment each other, the flavors shine through, the tartness makes my mouthwater and the creaminess is just fantastic. Watch how to make this and see the recipe below.
Sometimes you need something moist to slather on your sammy, to mix in your potato salad, to use in another recipe or just to have on hand. This recipe is a great new go to. It takes very few common ingredients and creates a healthy alternative in no time. No oil, no eggs, no dairy, just healthy plantbased ingredients. Slather it on if you want! Watch on YouTube and find the recipe below.
Roll out your mat. Step on it. Feel the ground beneath you. Breathe into yourself. I invite you to join me in a quick practice that focuses our attention on the here & now.

This new Vegan Cream Cheese recipe is amazing. It is incredibly thick, whipped and airy, lush, has the tang you seek, is delicious on its own and versatile.
When I was growing up it was common to find a tub of "Daisy's Sour Cream" in the fridge. When I went vegan, I could buy a tub of tofutti or a gourmet variety at a health food store. When I moved to the country, I couldn't. What's a woman to do? Make it.
