In 2022 I had the joy of visiting India and doing my yoga teacher training there. The weekends usually offered one free day to explore. On this day I went to The Beatles Ashram, located in Rishikesh in the foothills of the Himalayas. It used to be a Ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi who assisted others in learning or teaching Transcendental Meditation which he created.
