I'm excited to offer a new advanced yoga class with extra core work to make you stronger and light your inner fire. My abs were on fire, I hope you feel the burn too. This is a well rounded yoga class offering time to connect with your pranayama through breathing exercises infusing yourself with new energy. You'll have time to strengthen, lengthen and find balance.
In this class you'll have a chance to try some fun asanas either to advance or maintain your existing practice. You can explore asanas like headstand, dancer pose, fun variations in camel for back bending, eight angle pose, even an opportunity to try drop backs into wheel, bird of paradise and other standing asanas, lotus variations and more. I hope you love today's class.
