A raw vegan butterey nougat with crunchy peanuts is coated in a homemade white chocolate. See's Candies Polar Bear Paws were the inspiration, now with my raw vegan twist. These are delightful to have around and take few ingredients!

A homemade dough that is reminiscent of a puff pastry is filled with preserves, chopped pecans, raisins, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
