Good morning sunshine! Rise and shine in a new yoga class designed to gently awaken your body, stretch, flow and cool down. Morning routines are one of my favorite things and yoga is on the list.
In this class we’ll enjoy Sun Salutation A & B to activate your full body before the day begins. Light your inner fire and fan the flame as you greet the day. Wind it down and find more flexibility and rest before the busy day begins. Connecting inward before going outward only makes sense. In a world that can feel so busy and as if it’s asking so much of us, it’s essential we take the time to tune-in and recharge ourselves so we can give our best, for ourselves and for our community.
