I love all the aspects of yoga…slow, restorative, gentle and sometimes I love to build an inner fire and let it burn. This flow is invigorating, challenging and involves your whole body. Certain parts will target your strong legs, strong core and strong arms. This is more of a challenging intermediate flow. I hope it leaves you feeling strong, light, lean, toned and flexible.
