 I recently went to Monterrey, Mexico and while I was there, I thought it would be fun to see what kind of vegan food they had. It turns out they have a lot! My dad recently came to Mexico for a visit, he happened to be here on his birthday. What better way to celebrate than with an indulgent breakfast made by your daughter.  Life can bring unexpected outcomes we can never anticipate. Since my husband passed I took some down time. It can be bittersweet this life. I have lost my best friend, my lover, my husband, my soul mate... yet gained sweet friendship, love, joy and laughter. Here are some highlights of the last few months. Sending you all my love. He was so gracious with his knowledge, so kind and loving I wanted to make a video to show our love story and share a little about his life and our life together. Gerald was my rock, he was strong, reliable, intelligent and kind. He encouraged me to follow my dreams and helped me face my fears. Without his love I wouldn't have created ArtisticVegan.com and this channel. Without my love he wouldn't have created his either. Together we thrived!
