I don't know about you but I spend more time than I'd like to sitting in front of my computer. Before I know it I can loose track of my posture, my shoulders begin to slouch, my lower back rounds, my sit bones loose contact and I wonder why I get antsy. Now-a-days with phones, tablets and computers we have so many screens drawing us in and often we loose track of our posture, keeping our spine straight, loosing site of our core, our feet placement, our sitting bones, where our ear is relative to our shoulder and so much more.
