I adore smoothies and protein shakes, they are delicious, filling and full of what your body needs. I mix and match with this and that adding what I think we need that day. We wanted something to go with our protein shake the other morning and I whipped up these delightful banana muffins. I said "wowww" when I broke into them, so moist, fluffy and they taste fantastic. I love a good muffin, don't you?
I don't know what is more heavenly than a piece of cheesecake. A perfect crust adorned with the most amazing cheesecake and strawberry swirls, baked, refrigerated and then sliced. Yum! Get the recipe below.

Pizza! I adore pizza. It's one of my favorite comfort foods. It is satisfying, filling, comforting and takes you back. This variety has vegan cheese in the crust, a tomato sauce topped with more vegan cheese, TVP crumbles, grilled zucchini and onion and extra vegan cheese to be safe. It's loaded! We recently made a stuffed crust pizza and featured this cheese. We needed some comfort food and I bet you do too! I didn't feature it (yet) but you can actually refrigerate this and it firms up into a soft slice. What? I know. How cool! It is also great for sandwiches, pizza toppings, lasagna, vegan eggs, anywhere you want some vegan cheese.
