I can't believe it but Artistic Vegan was featured in the Top 100 Vegan Blogs! I guess my past self earned it!! It is with great honor to have you all here in this community and space.
Artistic Vegan has been on the web since 2012. 13 years! That's wild. With a cookbook and hundreds of cooking shows you can find tons of recipes on this site. When my husband passed this whole site and the cooking show came to a screeching stop, and I've not quite found my flavor for it again. I apologize for not showing up very much in the past 4.5 years. With very sporadic shares, I appreciate all of you who are still here.

Do you miss the cooking videos? It's crazy, I used to have all the coolest cooking utensils and top of line blender and all the goods and now I have a tiny kitchen with very basic things. If I were to get into it, perhaps I could record at my parents as they live nearby and have a nice big kitchen! Would you love some recipes with my parents? We could collaborate. My dad makes all kinds of fun things. I love his pickled peppers and salsa, and my mom's pie is next level, world class! I'd be happy to share my little kitchen with you too. :) And, do they have to be vegan? :) What if they have how to veganize it options?
Lately I've been eating a ton of fruits and vegetables, making healing teas and broths, big salads with quinoa, stocking up more on nuts, seeds and dried fruits. What about you? I hope you are all feeling wonderful, are nourished and are staying healthy!
