I can't believe it but Artistic Vegan was featured in the Top 100 Vegan Blogs! I guess my past self earned it!! It is with great honor to have you all here in this community and space. Artistic Vegan has been on the web since 2012. 13 years! That's wild. With a cookbook and hundreds of cooking shows you can find tons of recipes on this site. When my husband passed this whole site and the cooking show came to a screeching stop, and I've not quite found my flavor for it again. I apologize for not showing up very much in the past 4.5 years. I have a lovely girlfriend named Alejandra and we call her Ale or Ali - and she shared a recipe with me she's been making for her hair. I noticed new hair growth, her eyelashes looked longer and her hair was growing back. I asked her what she's been doing. She said she's been making a tea for her hair from rosemary and avocado seeds. I was so intrigued I made some and have been trying it. I can't tell yet as I've only used it a few times, but minimally it smells amazing and the internet lists a lot of benefits. I bet if you add some rosemary essential oil inside it would only increase the benefits.

These muffins are delicious. A fluffy muffin that is healthier than your average muffin is made with sweet potato puree, coconut oil, less sugar than normal and even has chia seeds inside. I find them hard to keep my hands off of. Knowing they're healthier "just one more" is easy to do. They're surprisingly tasty and a fun way to get your family to have a healthy snack. Hello divine souls!
It has been too long!! I hope you are all amazing. I miss sharing recipes. I've actually been cooking up a storm these days for my beloved boyfriend and his daughter and it's been a blast. I find I cook more when I have someone to enjoy it with. Are you that way too? Though whenever I did cook something nice for myself while alone, it was such a gift to myself. So whether you have someone to cook for or not, I encourage making food at home.
I recently made amazing Sweet Potato Muffins that are totally vegan, sugar cookies, delicious oatmeal, buddha style bowls with tons of colorful veggies, many salads, delicious soup with lots of fresh veggies on top, peanut ginger broccoli, curried sweet carrots, I always love sweet potatoes in all their forms, Asian soy-ginger noodle bowls with lots of veggies, fried rice and much more. Are there any recipes you would like to see? For today I have something simple, fast, nutritious, packed with protein and easy to make. I am collaborating with Naked Nutrition.

I send you a BIG spirit hug. I miss you all and this community and space. I have been cooking more which is HUGE and enjoying it immensely. I recently made the best vegan banana muffins and pancakes, interested? I'd love to share a food post. I wanted to take some time to share some of the recent content that you may have missed from time in India, new yoga classes and some podcasts that have taken place on other channels.
I love how easy and versatile smoothies are. When it's green it just instantly makes me feel better knowing I had all of that spinach. You could even add herbs if you wanted a bonus boost. This recipe only has 4 ingredients, comes together so fast, is kid-approved and goes down so easily. I hope you love this recipe as much as I do.
