Namaste Dear Souls,

It is with great joy to announce that our new book has been released!

This truly has been a work of love. About 2 1/2 years ago my soul mate and dear beloved husband passed away. He had written his autobiography but not fully completed it. I decided to add our love story so it could be released as a full book. It was such a healing process to write the book, edit it and now finally release it. The book contains his autobiography and gems on how to live your dreams. He lived not just one of his dreams but fulfilled multiple, over and over again he would rise against the odds to do something even greater. From being a helicopter pilot, to an electrical engineer, to saying goodbye to that and going into bodywork in the form of Structural Integration, opening his practice and later creating Gravity Body Academy which is still active to this day. He become a Best-Selling Author of The Anunnaki of Nibiru, The 7th Planet Mercury Rising, wrote a movie script, learned how to animate, a well known speaker and presenter and much more. He was truly a inspiration.

I share how we met, how we fell in love and built our magical life together. Birthing books, moving from USA to Mexico, becoming entrepreneurs, our trials and tribulations and all up until his untimely and unexpected death and the feelings I went through as that happened. It's a beautiful book that I hope inspires you to rise against the cards that life deals you and live your dreams and pursue your passions.

You can find the book at:

Thank you so much for being here and your support! It means more than you could ever know.

Sending infinite love and light. May peace fill your heart and blessings surround your steps.

With love,
Christa

Nearly all of us a have a dream inside of us burning to be fulfilled. We either do what it takes to make it come true or we continue living life, dreaming about it. This book holds the story of a many who fulfilled his dream, not once, not twice but over and over again. A man without fear and with a passion for living. Starting from humble roots where one could choose to stay, Gerald chose to rise up in multiple scenarios living and fulfilling not just one dream, but multiple dreams.

This is the autobiography of best-selling Author, Gerald R. Clark who wrote “The Anunnaki of Nibiru” “The 7th Planet, Mercury Rising” and his screen-play “Odyssey Ki.” Gerald fulfilled his dream to fly becoming a helicopter pilot and Chief Warrant Officer II in the US Army, rising against the odds various times to make it so. From the Army he went to college and become a successful Electrical Engineer where he met his first wife and became a father to three beautiful children. He didn’t stop there and went for more training and become a healthcare practitioner in the art of Structural Integration, also known is Rolfing, opening his own practice helping others heal. After a rough divorce he was later led to meet his soul mate where he went on to become a best-selling author writing two books, a screenplay, becoming a well known speaker doing interviews, podcasts, and opening 7th Planet Broadcasting. He taught himself how to animate, wrote and produced The Anunnaki Series working with other like minded souls, and a movie script "Odyssey Ki". He then went on to open his own online school with his wife, Gravity Body Academy and held hands-on training. From his first breath to his last breath Gerald Clark lived an inspirational life. His autobiography is filled with gems to illuminate your path so you can do the same. Gerald shows us that we don't have to live the status quo, and we don't necessarily have to pursue only one path, we can follow our hearts calling and live our own personal legend!

This book is not only an autobiography but also has the love story of Gerald and Christa Clark written by his soul mate Christa. A first hand look into their success, trials, tribulations, love for one another and her devastating loss. A widows tale of her own true love filled with insights on how to live your BEST life and keep living even after life throws you a hard curve ball, and to never stop believing that true love, a healthy, pure and inspirational love can exist for you.

Quoted from the book:

"Once upon a time, a girl met a man, and he helped her blossom into the woman she is today. Two souls destined to meet, to share their path, love, knowledge and with the world. Without his fire her smooth waters wouldn’t have created the waves of change that were required."

"I learned while life can be hard, scary and at times full of changes and the unknown. Remember, you have the courage to face it, you’ll make it through to the other side, pass through that finish line, pass through the gate, survive, then hopefully thrive." - Christa Clark

"What is interesting is that a person, place, or thing has the potential to change our fated path and become our destiny. Pay attention to what you are paying attention to. Discover why it is interesting to you, for good or bad and then choose wisely. These are the fated forks in the road along our stopping points of life."

"You are a cosmic seed from the spawn of the INFINITE SOURCE, the CREATOR OF ALL. The books I have written empower the primitive worker to take the reins of their destiny, activating their hidden ba energetic key that will lead one back to the LIGHT, which is our destined home beyond the Duot, in another dimension and locale, neighbors to the CIRCLE OF LIGHT. Live your dream in this simulator, then let’s meet back at the SOURCE frequency." - Gerald Clark

I thought I'd give it the ultimate test and make a new recipe from it. After browsing mouthwatering recipes...I decided the featured Blueberry Cheesecake was a must do!
Picture
The crust blew me away, it is made with sunflower seeds, who knew? It was cookie dough like, stuck together brilliantly and tasted wonderful. It was topped with healthy blueberry cashew cheesecake. All using few ingredients that are really good for you! How were they? Amazingly soft, some of the creamiest cashew cheesecake I ever did taste. My husband and I both really loved it. Thank you OGP and Lucie Javorska for the great recipe! I made cupcake size because my freezer is full of sorbet. Here is how they turned out!
Picture
I was able to download the app, browse thousands of recipes that are truly extraordinary, make and eat amazing cheesecake within 24 hours or less! How to eat vegan inexpensively while on travel + pics from Chichen Itza!

10/1/2015 0 Comments

We recently traveled to the Yucatan, Mexico to visit the historic site of Chichen Itza in the Mayan jungle! It was a life-changing event for many including me!
Picture
Picture
Picture
My husband held The Anunnaki Realm of the Maya Ascension Symposium at the Hacienda Chichen Resort where people from around the globe came to his conference.
Picture
We met the most wonderful people and had a fantastic time! The grounds of the Hacienda were magical and so lush!
Picture
We shot a short video highlighting some of the grounds:
and another of the sights and sounds!
My husband will be releasing more videos of the conference, I highly recommend his latest Nibiru discussion:
We were able to walk the original path the Mayans traversed to get to Chichen Itza entering through the Haciendas back-gate entrance. You emerge from the jungle and find yourself speechless as you see the huge ancient structures.

Picture
I will probably be sharing more, in the mean time I wanted to give tips & tricks for saving money while traveling! I was able to make the majority of our meals in our room, without a kitchen! First, I researched online ways that people save money while traveling. From packing snacks to getting a room with a kitchen, my families favorite, to bringing your own hot plate. I thought that was so smart, we did just that. We went out, got a hot plate / electric grill, single burner for travel sake and it made a world of a difference! We were able to have homemade soup, potatoes, beans and more all because of an inexpensive burner. I packed the following to make life easy:

  • 1 Single Hot Plate / Electric Grill
  • 1 Small Cast Iron Skillet (4-5")
  • One Stainless Steel Camping Pot with handles that fold in
  • 1 Knife
  • 2 Spoons, 2 Forks, 1 Butter-knife
  • 2 non-breakable bowls
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Stevia Powder
  • Coffee
  • Cloth Coffee Filter
  • 1 container to hold liquid Stevia
  • Plastic Baggies
  • Raisins
  • Nuts (Cashews)
  • Dates

When we arrived we enjoyed an organic meal on site. The next day we got a taxi and went to a local town and picked up fresh fruit, vegetables and beans at the fruteria and tortillas and fresh tostadas from the tortilleria!
Picture
Picture
I was stoked to see we had a mini fridge, soon our fresh fruit and veggies were covering up the mini bar beer. We spent about $20 or less and went to the market twice providing enough breakfast, lunch and dinner for 10 days less 3 meals, not bad if you ask me! Plus we were able to experience local ripe mangoes again this season among other great local fruits and veggies. The second trip we went on we tried a different market and found the hugest avocados, I had to confirm they were avocados (augacates) because I couldn't believe their size!! We also found beautiful pitayas, and more mangoes!!
Picture
Picture
We enjoyed guacamole shortly there after with fresh tostadas!
Picture
We also found a potato shaped like a heart! :)  I love finding heart shaped items in nature!
Picture
We enjoyed a number of yummy dishes, here a few below. Fresh salsa is easy to make as you can enjoy it raw and fresh almost instantly! This batch was made with tomatoes, onions, spicy peppers, garlic, lime, salt, pepper and usually cilantro, I missed that this time around. We love salsa and added habeneros for an extra kick!
Picture
Picture
Picture
Breakfast was for coffee and fresh fruit. We enjoyed sweet cantaloupe, a variety of ripe bananas, mangoes, mandarin oranges, kiwi and pitaya. On this day we had the sweetest fresh mangoes with kiwi, delightful!
Picture
Cantaloupe bowls are easy satisfying!
Picture
The last day we had a stellar start to our day pre-5 am! Pitaya, mango, mandarins and semi-frozen bananas!
Picture
This meal was full of beans, Mexican squash, mango, tomatoes, onions, garlic, Serrano peppers, lime juice and love!
Picture
We enjoyed soup on more than one occasion! Recipe to follow.
Picture
We also made our own stevia in the coffee machine in our room so we could have sweetener without affecting our blood sugar levels. See? You can eat well, even loose a few lbs. on travel and still enjoy yourself! Other ideas are to have rice, quinoa, oatmeal and pancakes, hummus and veggies or pita bread, sandwiches, burritos, tacos and salads. Raw food is a very easy option. If I were to do it again I would manage to bring a small cutting board and my Ninja so I could make smoothies, fast salsa, guacamole, dairy-free milk, hummus and more. Next time for sure!
Picture
The food presentation was supreme while dining out! This was our new friend Michael's plate (above) I thought the creativity was stellar, pretty use of the pineapple! We had stuffed peppers and requested no animal products. It was a fabulous meal in very low lighting, sorry they didn't turn out nicer.
Picture
During the conference our group enjoyed a beautiful array of treats from the Hacienda Chichen!
Picture
Overall we had a wonderful arrangement of delicious food! Eating vegan on the go and while on travel is do-able and fun!

I hope this is empowering!

Plant-Based Grocery Shopping!

7/29/2015 0 Comments

Picture
Yesterday we visited the local market to pick up fresh fruits and vegetables for the upcoming week. We found a local store that advertised selling fruits and vegetables, I was so happy with the abundance and selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, with out dry goods.
Picture
I was comparing how I used to grocery shop vs. how we shop today. Now we buy fresh produce and hardly any processed goods.
Picture
In the past I used to get tons of packaged goods. With more and more additives and concerns about labels, I feel better getting fresh food. Organic is preferred and homegrown heirloom organic produce is the best! For now, until we plant our next garden, we have been enjoying the market. I am in love with the variety of bananas! I'm in banana heaven! All of the produce is wonderfully delicious and priced well. I wanted to share how I've changed my shopping patterns and now enjoy a bounty of fresh foods, a different haul each time, with the usual favorites. We live off plants and overall, feel great!
Picture
I made a vegetable mandala to show the beauty of whole vegan foods that are bright, colorful and inviting!
Picture
I am finishing up The Artistic Vegan Cookbook, due out at the end of this week! There are over 150 unreleased recipes that are some of my finest work to date, all vegan and gluten-free. I have been a bit negligent about posting new blogs, I look forward to coming back full speed with new recipes this August and sharing some savory pictures of what you can expect to find in my new cookbook. I hope you have all been doing fantastic, healthy and are having a wonderful summer!

4th of July Vegan Meal Plan!

7/3/2015 0 Comments

Picture
When I was working in corporate we had a curious visitor from Japan that asked how we celebrated holidays. My co-worker replied "With a BBQ!" and went on to say "they typically have burgers, hot dogs, beer and drinks, lots of food, people and music" it seemed to be the response for most celebrations! Since the 4th of July lands in summer, a BBQ is a typical way to celebrate. This year, instead of meat what if you changed up it up and celebrated in health! Here is a fun meal plan for the day! It starts with a Red, White & Blue Smoothie, has an afternoon pick-me-up with a Zen Chakra Salad with Asparagus and ends with Lentil Zucchini Burgers and a Tropical Blossom Cherry Banana Cream Pie! Click on the picture or title to go to the recipe. From my heart to your kitchen ~ Christa
