Hi sweet friends and family,

I haven't posted a blog in a while. I took a little break while going through some hardships in life. My sweet beloved divine husband passed June 4, 2020. He was my soul mate. It's been a hard road to recovery. In July Rex Bear of Leak Project had me on, we talked about memories of Gerald and I, about our school for Gravity Body Academy and if/when I plan on coming back.

Dear Christa:

Today, just for grins and for the first time in a few years, I thought I’d do a search on YouTube of Baird T Spalding (with the thought in mind that next to nothing would come up — as usual). To my pleasant surprise, many videos came up. Among those was you and your husband’s video review. I listened to it a couple of times with sheer delight and was so happy for you two. Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East, along with Lost Horizon by Hilton, continue to be the most treasured novels I’ve ever read. I always keep these two books in the same room where I sleep and that includes when I travel.

I decided to read the comments section of your video to try and further enhance my discovery of you both and what others thought. Much to my upset, I saw a comment or two alluding to the passing of your husband. I had to further confirm this and did an internet search and was destroyed to hear confirmation of this tragedy.

I don’t know what else to say for now. I’ll continue salvage what I can from your site as I’m interested in your cook books. I myself adhere to the alkaline diet, which goes beyond the vegan diet. I’m keeping you and your husband in my thoughts and will continue to focus on my short moments of joy for you both.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and heartfelt message. I am so glad your internet search led to my husband and I and our discussion on “The Masters of the Far East” so neat to share paths in this way. I’ve not read The Lost Horizon by Hilton, sounds intriguing to say the lease. That’s wonderful you keep them bedside, even during travels.

I’m glad Gerald’s information lives on beyond his physical time here on this Earth and that you were able to find his information. I’m glad we can commune and share together on this path. The alkaline diet is a wonderful option, we explored that for a while ourselves. Thank you for your focused moments of joy for us, I send you joy and a hug.
