Plantbased Protein Breakfast Bowls

Sometimes you want something hearty and savory in the morning. This breakfast fits the bill. My favorite scrambled egg recipe, vegan mozzarella cheese, potatoes and a muffin. Yes, please! Fuel your day with nourishing food that is good for your body and tastes delicious. Muffins, Eggs, Cheese & Potatoes. Get the Muffin Recipe here. Add avocado, greens or a protein smoothie for extra oomph and alkalinity.

Plantbased Protein Breakfast Bowls

Yield: 2 Large

ingredients:

Potatoes
  • 2 Potatoes - Chopped
  • Salt 
Vegan Scrambled Egg
  • 1 -2 tsp oil (Avocado/Olive) or Veg Broth
  • 1 Block Silken Firm Tofu or a Medium Tofu
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt or Black Salt
  • Opt: 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 
Vegan Mozzerella Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Cashews (Soaked until soft) 
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Potato Starch (or favorite)
  • 1 Lime Freshly Squeezed
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Opt: 1-2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

How to cook Plantbased Protein Breakfast Bowls

Peaceful Preparation (Potatoes)
  1. Chop the potatoes. Cover them in water. Add salt. Place a lid on and bring to a boil. Cook until tender and done. When ready to serve, drain the water. Of course you can pan-fry or air-fry for crispy potatoes. Season as desired. 
Peaceful Preparation (Scrambled Eggs):
  1. Remove the tofu from the package, drain any excess water. Slice the tofu into 4-5 large pieces.
  2. Heat the oil and add the tofu to the pan. Let it cook for 4-5 minutes, undisturbed. Flip. Cook 4-5 minutes without disturbing it. You can tilt the pan to help prevent sticking and distribute the oil.
  3. Add the spices and begin to crumble the tofu with your spatula. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes over low heat, stir occasionally.
Peaceful Preparation Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Blend until smooth, heat in a saucepan, stir frequently for 5 minutes or until desired thickness. Set aside.

Tazones de Desayuno de Proteínas de Plantas

ingredients:

Papas
  • 2 Papas - Chopped
  • Sal de Mar
Huevo Revueltos Veganos
  • 1 -2 cucharaditas de aceite (aguacate/oliva) o caldo de vegetal
  • 1 bloque de tofu firme de seda o un de tofu medio
  • 1 cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/2 cuchardita polvo de cúrcuma
  • 1/2 cucharadita de Paprika
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal de mar o sal negra
  • Opt: 2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza Dijon
Queso Vegano Mozzerella
  • 1/4 Taza de Nuez de la India (remojados hasta que estén suaves)
  • 1 taza de agua
  • 2 cucharadas de fecula de papa (o favorito)
  • 1 de limón recién exprimido
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • Opt: 1-2 cucharadas de levadura nutricional

How to cook Tazones de Desayuno de Proteínas de Plantas

Papas
  1. Pica las patatas. Cúbrelos en agua. Agregue sal. Poner una tapa y poner a hervir. Cocine hasta que esté tierno y listo. Cuando esté listo para servir, drene el agua. Por supuesto, puedes freír o freír al aire para papas crujientes. Sazone como desee.
Huevo Revueltos Veganos
  1. Retire el tofu del paquete, escurra el exceso de agua. Corta el tofu en 4-5 trozos grandes.
  2. Caliente el aceite y agregue el tofu a la sartén. Dejar cocinar durante 4-5 minutos, sin perturbaciones. dar la vuelta. Cocine 4-5 minutos sin molestarlo. Puede inclinar la sartén para evitar que se pegue y distribuya el aceite.
  3. Agregue las especias y comience a desmenuzar el tofu con su espátula. Cocine durante unos 5 a 10 minutos a fuego lento, revuelva ocasionalmente.
Queso Vegano Mozzerella
  1. Licúe hasta que quede suave, caliente en una cacerola, revuelva con frecuencia durante 5 minutos o hasta que el espesor deseado.
