Have you ever wanted to make a cookie but you aren't sure which kind? Well you are in luck! You can use this cookie dough as a base and make as many different kinds as you desire. I'm featuring 6 flavors in a new cooking show! Oatmeal Raisin, Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, PB Caramel, Lemon Raspberry - CBD Optional. 😉 You can make any kind you want! Vegan + GF Crazy Cookie Dough: 1 Recipe Infinite Flavors!

Imagine a delicious cookie dough that can be turned into any flavor you want. That's what you get with this recipe. Double it so you can make 12 if you want more. Enjoy!

ingredients:

Vegan + GF Crazy Cookie Dough:
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil, Earth Balance or CBD Oil (I used CBD)
  • ¼ Cup Nut or Seed Butter (I used peanut butter)
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Oat Flour (Add up to ¼ cup more if living at higher elevation)
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • Desired toppings and fillings like chocolate chips, see notes.

How to cook Vegan + GF Crazy Cookie Dough: 1 Recipe Infinite Flavors!

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Mix the flax meal with water. Set aside to congeal for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk together the coconut sugar and coconut oil for 2-3 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and flax mixture, mix to combine.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients together. (Oat flour, baking soda and salt)
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix until combined.
  6. Take ¼ cup of the cookie dough, add 2-3 tsp of your favorite fillings. See the notes for ideas.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet, ungreased is fine, and flatten the cookie slightly to create your cookie shape. Leave a couple of inches around each cookie so it has room to spread. Repeat creating as many flavors as you desire!
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes exactly. A slight golden edge and soft center is what you want.
  9. Cool on the rack for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy, cool and store the rest if you have any left to store. â–¡ Counter a couple of days, fridge 5-6 days, freezer for months.

NOTES:

Notes for what I added to each ¼ cup: • Oatmeal Raisin: 1 tsp oats, 2 tsp raisins, a dash of cinnamon • Pumpkin Spice: 1 tsp oats, 2 tsp cranberries, a dash of cinnamon, a dash of pumpkin spice and a dash of ginger. • Chocolate Chip: 2 tsp chocolate chips • Double Chocolate with PB Caramel: 1 tsp Cacao Powder, 2 tsp chocolate chips, mix. Once on the baking sheet use your thumb to make an imprint, fill with a generous spoonful of PB Caramel Sauce. • Oatmeal Raisin with PB Caramel: 1 tsp oats, 1 tsp raisins (up to 2), mix. Once on the baking sheet make an imprint, fill with PB Caramel. • Lemon Zest with Raspberry: The zest of a lemon (desired amount… about 1/4 tsp of zest), 1 tsp coconut flakes if desired and mix. Once on the baking sheet make an imprint and fill with raspberry jam. • PB Caramel Filling: 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter, 1 Tbsp Caramel Sauce (recipe), mix well. Makes enough for 2 cookies. ingredients:

Masa de Galletas Loca:
  • 1/4 taza de aceite de coco o balance de la tierra (o CBD Aceite)
  • ¼ Taza de crema de nueces o semillas (crema de cacahuate)
  • 2/3 Taza de azúcar de coco
  • 1 cucharada de polvo de semilla de linaza
  • 3 cucharadas de agua
  • ½ cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 2 tazas de harina de avena (Agregue hasta 1/4 de taza más si vive en una elevación más alta)
  • ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • ¼ cucharadita de sal de mar
  • Rellenos deseados como chispas de chocolate, ver notas.

How to cook Masa de Galletas Loca = Galletas Infinitas! Vegano y Sin Gluten

Preparación pacífica :
  1. Precaliente el horno a 350 ° F / 175 ° C.
  2. Mezcle las polvo de semilla de linaza y el agua juntas, mezcle bien, deje reposar durante 5 minutos para que se cuajen.

Una vez en la bandeja para hornear, usan su pulgar para hacer una impresión, llenar con una generosa cucharada de PB y caramelo. Avena pasas con PB Caramelo: 1 cucharada de avena, 1 cucharada de pasas (hasta 2) y mezclar. Una vez en la hoja de hornear usan su pulgar para hacer una impresión, llenar con PB caramelo. • Ralladura de limón con frambuesa: La ralladura de un limón (cantidad deseada... alrededor de 1/4 cucharadita de ralladura), 1 cucharadita de escamas de coco si se desea y mezclar. Una vez en la hoja de hornear usan su pulgar para hacer una impresión, llenar con mermelada de frambuesa. • Salsa de Caramelo PB: 1 cucharada de crema de Cacahuete, 1 cucharada de Salsa de Caramelo (receta), mezcle bien. Hace suficiente para 2 galletas.
