 Happy New Year Divine Souls!!
Happy New Year based on the current calendar, it actually begins in March, so if you're feeling a little off and still in winter, don't sweat it. Relax into where you are now. Surrender. That's been my message for this new year. Surrender.  Hi Fam!!
I recently had the opportunity to be on The Melted Broadcast with Tony Marz and Mary Bly! We had a great time getting together and talking about all the things from yoga, time in India, Structural Integration, to our vegan journeys to my favorite topic, my late husband, Gerald Clark!!
