Hi Divine Soul,

Welcome to today’s class—an invitation to slow down, connect to your breath, and give your body the love it deserves.

We’ll take our time and warm up gently, move into a mindful flow to build a little heat, and then ease into therapeutic stretches into our final resting pose.

​Create flexibility, strength and peace of mind. This class is beginner-friendly, great for releasing stress, improving mobility, and welcoming fresh energy into your body and soul.

Allow yourself to move through emotions with breath and mindful movements, letting go of what no longer serves you and inviting in what nourishes you.
