Hi Sweet Loves, Join me in a hands-free yoga class. This was a requested class and it's with great joy to bring it to you. Once, I broke my wrist and I had to practice hands-free, it brought new challenges to practicing yoga yet was do-able. This class is great for those that want to give their hands, wrists or arms a break or even if you just want to try something different. This class has a lot of balancing asanas to test your balance, core, drishti - point of focus and build leg strength. I hope you love it. Tambien disponible en español (mas o menos jeje).
