Namaste-ji, Challenge yourself with this progressive Hatha Yoga Class. This is a more traditional based hatha class inspired by my teacher Anuj-ji in Rishikesh, India. He would start easily and then help you strengthen your body until you trembled. We explore a nice gentle warm up, a beginner friendly hatha routine, then it advances for those interested and then strengthens our core, shoulders, arms and body for a stronger, healthier body, spirit and mind. Thank yourself for the desire to continue your practice. Your future self thanks you!! I often ask "have I ever regretted practicing?" Nope! Not yet. So roll out your mat and join me. Namaste.
