Private Yoga Sessions - 1:1 - Online or In Person
Schedule private yoga classes where we can connect and meet your personal yoga, breathing and meditation needs. Develop your yoga practice with guidance.
Learn at your own pace with classes designed specifically for you. We will join on
zoom or in person (if in the area) and practice privately together for 60
minutes. We can discuss what your goals or desires are and design classes
specifically suited for your needs. A safe and relaxing environment in the
comfort of your home. Improve strength and flexibility, connect with your
breath, release stress and improve your state of being.
The benefit of private classes is they are designed specifically with you and your
goals in mind. Maybe your goal is to obtain the splits, or to get a more toned
and flexible physique, or to find stress relief and relax. The classes can be
catered to suit your moods and needs. You can even write 24 hours in advance
and say, I feel like I want a restorative class, or I'd like to feel the burn
in this next class in my legs, or abs or whole body. I'd like to challenge
myself a little more, or take it a little easier. You can cater your
experience.
Classes are online via Zoom or in person if in the area.
I am a 500 hour RYT certified teacher with 15 years of practice experience and 5
years of teaching experience. I completed training abroad in Rishikesh, India,
the Yoga Capital of the World. I love to share my passion for yoga and see you
connect with your practice, with yourself.
