It was a recipe I made on a complete whim the other day. I love meals like this. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, and before you know it something new comes out of very basic ingredients. It comes in at under 300 calories per serving with 11 grams of protein!! That's what I'm talking about! It makes a heck of a lunch or a nice dinner for two. The presentation is a feast for the eyes! Just wrap it up and munch it down, nom!
