3 Marinades & Sauces
ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup Agave or Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar or Balsamic
- 3 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil or omit for oil-free
- 5 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- Cayenne Pepper
- 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce of Choice (I used a local Chapala brand)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- opt: hot sauce to taste

How to cook 3 Marinades & Sauces
- Mix everything together. Use as a sauce, dip or marinade.
- When using as a marinade pour over your desired substance to marinade, marinade for 4-8 hours for maximum flavor results.
