I teamed up with my husband, Gerald Clark, and we've created a new online school called Gravity Body Academy! It's a 100% online school where you can learn the art of structural integration all from your home. When Gerald and I first met we traded cooking for bodywork, I later became his first student in 2011 and shared the work with others. Fast foward to 2018 and we've now opened a unique school online. You'll get multiple camera angles, 3D interactive videos that offer a little fun in the education process. You can learn to do the work with others like your husband, wife, kids, even your pets.
I took an oldie but a goodie and recreated it with a Blackberry Compote on top to take it to the next level. Get the original recipe by clicking here or the button below.
You guys! I'm beyond thrilled to bring you the season finale of the Glowing Meal Plan Series! It's a stunning array of appetizing food you won't want to miss out on. My creative juices were FLOWING for the Season Finale, well-seasoned by the 6th week and created some meals that I believe can become staples in your home. We've had many of them more than once since filming this series. I'm addicted to the Sweet Potato Sliders and shared them on social media so thought I better share them here on the blog with you all too, offering a taste of what this week's meal plan series has to offer.
Potatoes, onion, cilantro and a special spice mix create the most amazing pakora that you can dip in a homemade tamarind date chutney sauce again and again. These are traditionally fried yet are featured baked today, you could also air-fry. This recipe requires few ingredients, minimal effort and provides a visually appealing and appetizing end result. Colorful and sure to please your taste buds with all of these flavor combos!! Watch how to make it in a new Artistic Vegan Show or see how to make it below.
This week has a fun theme of PB&J with comforting classics and new fun twists. New recipes like my take on Yakisoba, new must-have soup recipes that are easy, nutritious and satistyfing.
Sometimes it can be hard to know what to make, what to eat, how to not get bored, what will I feed myself my family, or my loved ones? Take the question out, just follow along.
Step into the kitchen with me for rich fudgy brownies. These are made with very few ingredients. You can make them quickly and eat them in no time. If you don't have chocolate in the house but want something gooey and fudgy, this recipe has you covered. They're even better the next day, IMHO. With natural plant-based ingredients like almonds and cacao you can't go wrong!
