3 Pink Protein Smoothie Recipes & Giveaway

Power up your body with these 3 new smoothies. The glorious berries give the pink color and antioxidants. Add some protein powder and chia seeds and you have the omega's and protein your body needs. I love having a smoothie in the morning, especially after yoga or movement. Rehydrating and replenishing.

The first variety is a Banana Berry with Chia Swirl. Bananas and berries swirl on your tongue against a mixed berry chia jam. This is a fun way to have your smoothie!

Ingredients: 
2 Ripe Bananas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Cup Blackberries - Frozen
1 Cup Strawberries - Frozen
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 - 3 Cups Water
Opt: 1-2 Pitted Medjool Dates

Blend until smooth. Take a big spoonful of Chia Jam and swirl your glass at an angle, repeat as desired. Pour the smoothie on top. Add a little extra chia jam and a strawberry. Enjoy!

The second variety is a smoothie bowl. Can you go wrong with a beautiful smoothie bowl? Gorgeous and enhanced with dark leafy greens for that extra boost of iron.  

Ingredients:
​2 Ripe Bananas -Frozen
1/2 Cup Blackberries - Frozen
1 Cup Strawberries - Frozen
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Dairy Free Milk (more as needed)
1 Handful Dark Leafy Greens
Opt: 1-2 Pitted Medjool Dates

In a food processor, process until very smooth. Transfer to a bowl, top as desired. I chose strawberry slices, a slice of starfruit, banana coins and chia jam.

The final is a detox superfood smoothie with hemp seeds, beets, berries, protein powder and chia seeds for the ultimate start to your day!

Ingredients:
1 to 2 Frozen Bananas
2 Cups Frozen Berries (I used a Strawberry Blackberry Mix)
1/4" Slice of Beet - Chopped
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 Medjool Dates
Fill to top with Water

Blend and serve!
