- 2 Bananas
- 2 cups of filtered water
- 1 Beet - skin removed and quartered
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 1 big chunk of frozen watermelon
- 7-9 pitted dates
- 1 Hefty scoop protein powder (I used Vanilla Hemp)
- Sprig of lemon mint, peppermint and stevia. (really increases the flavor!)
- Place ingredients in a high speed blender
- Process on high or smoothie setting
- Pour and enjoy!
