Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley
- 3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic - Finely Minced
- Opt:
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Dried Oregano or 2 Tbsp Freshly Chopped
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Red Chili (or Pinch of Red Chili Flakes)
- S&P to taste
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl or small dish. Mix well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or preferably 2 hours or longer to develop flavor.
- You can prepare this the day before if desired and refrigerate.
- Use on top of your desired food while grilling, when cooking and / or when serving drizzle a little on top. Also good to dip fresh bread into.
