It turned out super creamy and delicious! Plus it's a protein shake which rocks my socks!
- 1 cup almond milk (or rice, cashew, hemp, soy etc)
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- 2 heaping tbsp chocolate hemp protein powder
- 7 dates
- opt: 1/3 cup or 3 small chunks of frozen banana
- Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender. I used our Blendtec!
- Press smoothie setting or blend until creamy!
- Pour into tall chilled glasses and serve!
- Opt: feel free to place in the freezer for 20 minutes to create an even "cooler" experience!
