- 1/4 Cup Pecans (Walnuts or Almonds)
- 1/4 Cup Raisins
- 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Filtered Water
- 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Opt: 1 Tbsp Minced Onion (Dried or Fresh)
Directions:
Combine the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
Notes:
- Add additional herbs if you'd or a dash of red pepper flakes or cayenne for a hint of spice.
