- 3/4 Cup Cashews - Soaked 4 hrs+ until soft
- 1/2 Cup Dairy Free Milk
- 1/4 Cup Syrup of choice (Agave, Maple, Brown Rice etc, I used Agave)
- 3 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil or Coconut Butter
Combine in a food processor or blender, and process for over a minute, pushing down the sides, repeating until it thickens, is excessively whipped and creamy. Store in a sealed container (jar) in the fridge. Use as desired.
Note: I did use Almond Milk w/Vanilla, feel free to add a dash of vanilla.
