Cultured Coconut Cream (Easy Vegan Yogurt)

This is an easy DIY vegan yogurt alternative, cultured coconut cream. A light, airy dreamy source of probiotics for a healthy and happy body. The fact that you can have it so quickly makes it a desirable recipe. With few ingredients and not nearly as much time as most DIY yogurt recipes, you may adore this new recipe. Mix, refrigerate and enjoy. That's it! Get the recipe below.

Ingredients:
1 Can Coconut Cream (room temperature)
4 Probiotic Capsules (Vegan)
Optional and to taste: 
1 Lime/Lemon - Squeezed
1 Tbsp Agave/Maple Syrup to taste
1 tsp Vanilla 

Peaceful Preparation:
Combine the ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk together, or in a blender and blend together. Pour into a jar or bowl, place a lid on it. Put it in the fridge overnight or until firm. Stir before using. Enjoy in a number of ways!

Notes:
What brand of Coconut Cream did I use? Thai Heritage
You can omit the optional ingredients, adjust them to your preference. Add berries or other flavors.

Finally a yogurt recipe even I can do!! I tried 3 or 4 times making my own yogurt with a yogurt maker but I am still not getting it right! I am glad I found this video so I can have yogurt tomorrow!!
