This is an easy DIY vegan yogurt alternative, cultured coconut cream. A light, airy dreamy source of probiotics for a healthy and happy body. The fact that you can have it so quickly makes it a desirable recipe. With few ingredients and not nearly as much time as most DIY yogurt recipes, you may adore this new recipe. Ingredients:
1 Can Coconut Cream (room temperature) 4 Probiotic Capsules (Vegan) Optional and to taste: 1 Lime/Lemon - Squeezed 1 Tbsp Agave/Maple Syrup to taste 1 tsp Vanilla Peaceful Preparation: Combine the ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk together, or in a blender and blend together. Pour into a jar or bowl, place a lid on it. Put it in the fridge overnight or until firm. Stir before using. Enjoy in a number of ways! Notes: What brand of Coconut Cream did I use? Thai Heritage You can omit the optional ingredients, adjust them to your preference. Add berries or other flavors.
