Easy Vegan Caramel Sauce | Salsa de Caramelo Vegana Fácil

Indulge this fall with caramel sauce. Rich, gooey and satisfying caramel that you can drizzle on top of all kinds of desserts. It's so good, I'm certain you'll adore this recipe. I love how easy it comes together. It smells like caramel, looks like caramel and best of all...tastes like caramel. Enjoy my friends!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 10 Minutes | Total Time: 15 Minutes 

Easy Vegan Caramel Sauce
  • 6 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Agave Syrup or Maple
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Combine the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir to combine. Then swirl as needed from here, avoid stirring and swirl it. 
  3. Heat to a simmer, once bubbling cook for 5 minutes. 
  4. Remove from heat, pour in a heat-proof jar. Thickens as it cools. Enjoy!

Tips:
Use coconut butter or almond/seed butter for oil-free.
Store in the fridge for weeks, reheat as needed.

Salsa de Caramelo Vegana Fácil
  • 6 Cucharadas de Azúcar de Coco
  • 4 Cucharadas de Agave
  • 2 Cucharadas Aceite de coco
  • ¾ Taza de Crema de Coco
  • 1 Cucharadita de Extracto de Vainilla Puro
  • 1 Pizca de Sal de Mar

Preparación Pacífica:
​Combine los ingredientes en una cacerola a fuego medio-bajo.
​Revuelva para combinar. A continuación, gire según sea necesario desde aquí, evite agitar y girarlo.
​Caliente a fuego lento, una vez que burbujee el cocinero durante 5 minutos.
​Retirar del fuego, verter en un frasco a prueba de calor. Se espesa a medida que se enfría. ¡Disfrutar!

Consejos:
Utilice mantequilla de coco o mantequilla de almendras/semillas para sin aceite.
Conservar en la nevera durante semanas, recalentar según sea necesario.
