- 1 cup fresh sprouts
- 2 leaves chard - shredded
- 1/2 cucumber - peeled and sliced
- 1 stalk celery - chopped
- 2 pieces broccoli - torn
- 2 slices sweet onion
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp sundried tomatoes
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Directions:
- Prepare ingredients and place in a bowl
- Add your favorite dressing and dig in!
