Gluten Free Banana Waffles
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup almond milk (or soy, cashew, rice etc)
- 2 bananas - ripe/mashed (or 1/2 cup applesauce works as well)
Preparation:
- Preheat waffle iron, spray with nonstick spray (I used coconut oil spray)
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Add the almond milk and mashed bananas and mix well
- Pour onto preheated griddle and cook until golden brown
- Serve with your favorite syrup and opt to add berries! Enjoy!
