I shared a new reel/short featuring a little of what I have been eating in India! It is VEG HEAVEN! I love how they classify it too - veg or non veg, how simple is that? I have learned a few recipes, and then take notes on all the mouthwatering recipes I'd love to learn how to make. I have a feeling we will finally be cooking together real soon!! In the mean time I'll try to keep testing new dishes. I got you covered on that front. ;)
It hasn't just been eating, I finished my 300 Hour YTT so now I have 500 hours as a registered Yoga Teacher! Yahoo! It was the healing medicine I needed with hours of reflections. I also took a Sound Healing Course Level 1 which was way more healing than I anticipated, I loved it. I traveled, saw some ancient sites and the biggest win was I published Gerald and I's new book! His autobiography and our Love Story!! I hope you love it!!
