Grilled Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 Large Head of Cabbage or 1/2 Head
- Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Opt: Chimichurri Sauce
Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium high heat.
- Brush the cabbage on both sides with coconut oil or olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Adjust the seasoning as desired, we used chimichurri sauce and it was sensational!
- Grill outside for about 10-15 minutes on each side or as needed until it creates a caramelized color. When grilling no rush, enjoy the moment, let it take the time it takes, and enjoy fully!
Notes:
We've noticed the coconut oil works better here.
You can also wrap your cabbage in tin foil and add other things like onion and garlic.
