Hemp milk is a fun, healthy alternative to dairy milk and is easy to make. Soak hemp seeds overnight, drain, blend with water, strain and you have homemade hemp milk. I find hemp milk to work as a wonderful replacement to dairy milk and has a nice nutty flavor.

Tips: Go up to 1/2 cup seeds for a thicker variety. Add a pinch of salt, a drizzle of maple syrup and a tiny bit of pure vanilla for a vanilla flavor. Add chocolate, or strawberries, cinnamon you name it. Have fun!
