Picture
Creamy, fluffy, melt in your mouth whip cream! This is made with only 3 ingredients, comes together in a flash and tastes amazing. I love it on top of sweets or my hot chocolate. Dip your strawberries in it, use it as frosting, in recipes and anywhere you'd like. Shoutout to Jazzy for your request, thank you!

3 Ingredient Vegan Whipped Cream

Yield: 1 Batch
Author: Christa Clark

ingredients:

  • 1 Can Full Fat Coconut Milk – Chilled Overnight
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2-3 Tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup

instructions:

How to cook 3 Ingredient Vegan Whipped Cream

Peaceful Preparation
  1. Refrigerate the coconut milk overnight. Open the can. Scoop off the thick white cream and put it in a bowl. Pro Tip: Use a cold bowl. Leave the coconut water at the base in the can. Save it for smoothies or hot chocolate.
  2. Add the vanilla and agave or maple syrup.
  3. Using a handheld mixer or whisk, mix on low speed or whisk vigorously for 3-4 minutes until you have stiff peaks and it it doesn’t drip off the whisk when you hold it up.
  4. Use anywhere you’d like, store in the fridge covered for a few days. Enjoy!

NOTES:

Notes: If there isn’t any coconut water and it’s mixed into the cream you’ll have to try again with a new can, sorry. It's essential to have the cream separated from the water for this recipe.
