- 1 1/2 Cup Chickpeas (pre-cooked, drained, rinsed = 1 can)
- 1/4 Slice Large Red Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 5 Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
- Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper Flakes to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Fresh Herbs (Oregano or Basil)
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Process until completely smooth or desired consistency. Opt to top with a little extra salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds and serve with olives. Use as a spread, dip, with pita chips etc!
