Mango Ice Cream with hints of ginger! We have been happy to cool off with healthy frozen treats this summer! With mangoes in season we are loving adding them to the mix. They are one of my favorite fruits! This is a healthy ice cream made from fruits and crystallized ginger so you can have it for breakfast, a mid-day treat or dessert.
Total Time: 10 Minutes | Servings: 2 Bowls Mango Ice Cream with Hints of Ginger
3 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Frozen Mango
2-3 Cubes Crystallized Ginger
Pulse and blend until creamy, pushing sides down as needed.
Serve in two bowls with or with out pretty flowers. Dig in!
