Four ingredients are all it takes to create a mouthwatering mango lime sorbet. Sweet honey mangoes, freshly squeezed lime juice, a pinch of salt and drizzle of agave create a sorbet that is bright and inviting with its vibrant color. We started with the bowl featured in the pictures and soon polished off the remainder. We couldn't resist it. The magical touch? Ataúlfo mangoes, also known as honey or champagne mangoes are naturally very sweet so you can use little sweetener. I added agave lime syrup at the end to pour on top and it makes your taste buds go wild! I still have a tingling tongue. I hope you love this recipe! Love, Christa
