Mango Lime Sorbet
2 Cups Sweet Ripe Ataúlfo Mango - Chopped
1/8 Cup Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 Cup Agave or favorite sweetener
Combine the ingredients together in a bowl, marinade for 20 minutes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a freezer safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, freeze until halfway frozen. Remove, blend, transfer back to the bowl, re-cover. Freeze until halfway frozen, repeat and then place in the freezer overnight or until solid. Serve with Agave Lime Syrup!
Agave Lime Syrup:
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Agave
Combine ingredients in a measuring cup and mix together vigorously. Serve over the sorbet.
