Matcha Latte | Latte de Matcha

Heavenly Matcha Lattes with maca for added nutrition. These make a heavenly treat in the morning or as an afternoon pick me up. I usually grab two big coffee cups, fill it halfway with the dairy free milk, add the ingredients by eye balling it, heat up that mixture, use my electric whisk on the dairy free milk portion for added foam, pour that in the cups, top it with hot water and cinnamon. Makes 2 Big Cups | Total Time: 10 Minutes

Matcha Latte
  • 2 Cups Dairy Free Milk (I used Soy)
  • Stevia to sweeten or preferred sweetener
  • 2 Cups Boiling Hot Water
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder (opt)
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Ginger (opt)
  • Dash of All Spice
  • Dash of Cloves

Peaceful Preparation:
  1. Combine the dairy free milk, stevia, matcha, cinnamon, maca if using, ginger, all spice and cloves. Heat until hot, remove before it simmers.
  2. Add the vanilla (unless it’s not alcohol based then add it at the beginning). Whisk vigorously.
  3. Pour the matcha mixture into your cup until it is half full, top off with boiling hot water. Top with cinnamon. Enjoy!

Lattes de Matcha! Mmmm! Normalmente agarro dos tazas de café grandes, los lleno a la mitad  con la leche sin lactosa , agrego los ingredientes observando las cantidades , caliento  la mezcla, uso mi batidor eléctrico con la porción de leche sin lácteos para añadir espuma, verter eso en las tazas, cubrirlo con agua caliente y canela. ¡Fácil! ¡Disfruten  amigos!

Rinde 2 Tazas Grandes | Tiempo Total: 10 Minutos
Latte de Matcha
  • 2 tazas de leche sin lácteos (yo usé soya)
  • Stevia para endulzar o endulzante  preferido
  • 2 tazas de agua hirviendo
  • 2 cucharaditas de te de  Matcha en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 1 cucharadita Maca en polvo (opcional)
  • 1 cucharadita Extracto de vainilla puro
  • ¼ cucharadita jengibre (opcional)
  • Pizca de Todas las especies (All Spice)
  • Pizca de Clavo
 
Preparación pacífica:
  1. Combine la leche sin lácteos, stevia, matcha, canela, maca si usa, jengibre, pimienta negra, todas las especies y clavo. Caliente hasta , retírelo antes de que se cocine a fuego lento.
  2. Agregue la vainilla (a menos que no esté basada en alcohol ,  agréguela al principio). Batir vigorosamente.
  3. Vaciar la  mezcla de leche de matcha en la taza hasta que esté medio llena, combinar con agua  hirviendo. Cubra con canela. ¡Disfrute!
