- 2 Small Potatoes - Peeled and Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cashews
- 3 Tbsp Soy/Coconut Aminos or Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Dried Minced Onion
- 1 Heaping Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2-1 tsp Chili Powder, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vegetable Broth Powder
- 2/3 Cup Filtered Water
Peaceful Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes and cashews until the potatoes are soft. Drain, set aside to cool.
- While the potatoes are boiling, add everything to the blender, once the potatoes are done add them along with the cashews.
- Blend, scrape down the sides, blend again until silky smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
