Ninmah is the Mother Goddess and Mother of all humanity! What screams mom or grandma more than homemade cookies? You can make these in one-bowl, no egg replacement is needed, they come together quickly and are sure to please.

The cookies are refined sugar free, gluten-free and 100% vegan. I love how easy this recipe is and most of all, how delicious. Ninmah's Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Vegan & GF)

Ninmah is the Mother Goddess and Mother of all humanity! What screams mom or grandma more than homemade cookies? You can make these in one-bowl, no egg replacement is needed, they come together quickly and are sure to please.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sorghum Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Potato Starch (Corn or favorite)
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chunks
  • 3/4 Cup Oats (Gluten-Free)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Water up to 1/3 Cup + more if needed

Instructions:

How to cook Ninmah's Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Vegan & GF)

Peaceful Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Add the wet ingredients, mixing everything together in the same bowl.
  3. Mix together until it creates a soft cookie dough, taste, adjust if needed.
  4. Scoop 8 big scoops onto a lined or lightly greased cookie sheet. 
  5. Flatten slightly, shape. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. 
  6. Cool on the pan for 2 minutes, transfer to a cooling rack with a spatula. 
  7. Enjoy!!  

Notes:

Use 2 Cups of a Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour like Bob's Red Mill 1 for 1, use 2 cups wheat or all-purpose flour for a glutenous variety.

¡Ninmah es la Diosa Madre y Madre de toda la humanidad! ¿Qué dige mamá o abuela más que galletas caseras? Usted puede hacer estos en un solo tazón, no se necesita reemplazo de huevo, rápidamente y están seguros de complacer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 taza de harina de arroz
  • 1/2 taza de harina de sorgo
  • 1/2 taza de fecula de papa or maiz or favorito
  • 1 taza de chocolate picado
  • 3/4 taza de avena
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharadita de canela
  • 3/4 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 2/3 Taza de azúcar de coco
  • 2/3 Taza de aceite vegetal (aguacate o favorito)

Preparación pacífica :
  1. Precaliente el horno a 350 ° F / 175 ° C.
  2. Mezcle los ingredientes secos en un tazón de tamaño mediano. Agregue los ingredientes húmedos, mezclando todo en el mismo tazón.
  3. Mix until you create a soft cookie dough, try, adjust if necessary.
  4. Coloque 8 galletas grandes en una hoja de galletas ligeramente engrasada o forrada.
  5. Aplanar ligeramente, forma. Hornee durante 10 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
